Exploring a hybrid of analog ambience and leftfield rhythms, this collection draws upon the utopian spirit of pioneering ambient club music of the early 90s with one foot firmly placed in the future. Floating pads, interstellar textures, slinky bass lines and tape-saturated breaks, Kaazi & Melati offer up a new palette of sounds designed using a small cluster of analog hardware including the Sequential Circuits Prophet 600, Roland Juno-106, Novation Bass Station, TT303 and the Dave Smith Tempest.
