Splice Originals Atlas Dreams Alt RnB

For this Splice Originals release, producer, composer, and sound designer, Ben Bromley sought out to answer the question: Where can a sound take you?

Harnessing our deep yearning for the return of live music and in-person collaboration, we partnered with Ben to chart a journey across the United States, taking inspiration from a series of dreams set among natural wildernesses and cities; along rivers and roads that connect them. Our chosen vehicles were Rhodes and piano, an ES-335 guitar, and a Rickenbacker bass, along with an alto saxophone, voice, and 25 new Serum presets. These sounds are soothing and spacey, lending a canvas to paint a dreamscape for the future.
