Exploring the classical and folk sounds of Northern India, 'North Indian Folk' is full of traditional instruments such as woodwind in the form of a haunting Bansuri, or bamboo flute; drums such as the Dholki, Dholak, Tabla and Kanjira; strings from a beautiful sitar and elegant tanpura; organ sounds from the vaja, a type of harmonium; finally traditional Indian male and female vocals to top it all off!

The sounds in this pack are largely based on raga and have then been improvised live, giving an authentic edge to each sound. Download 'North Indian Folk' and build on a traditional production, or combine it with electronic genres for some fresh Indian fusion!
