Soul Surplus Crimson Soul

Throughout history, we have seen rock and roll take on many different forms. Grunge, indie, blues, metal, psychedelic, and soft rock all have their roots in rock and roll. Our sample collection titled "Crimson Soul” focuses on the latter 2 sub- genres, which were both prevalent through the 1970ʼs. "Crimson Soul” draws inspiration from bands like Fleetwood Mac, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Pink Floyd.

We pulled no punches with this pack, incorporating into the 10 Melodic Loops as many authentic instruments of the era we could (Mellotron, Fender Rhodes, Fender Stratocaster, to name a few). We also included over 40 guitar one-shots, and 30 organ, piano, and Fender Rhodes one shots. The drums inside of "Crimson Soul” pull their own weight as well, featuring 10 drum loops of 3 different flavors (wet, crushed, and dry, totaling 30 loops). We also threw in over 30 drum hits to round out this pack.
