SM101 serves up a slice of futuristic beat inspiration with 10 organic/analogue hybrid drum hits and 101 MIDI drum patterns fusing chill, trap and cloud rap beat production aesthetics.

Produced exclusively in our LA studio, this forward-thinking collection contains 120 expertly layered drum one-shots crafted from live drums, found sounds and drum machines such as the Linn Drum LM-2 and Roland TR-707. Once layered, the hits have been loaded into classic samplers such as the Akai MPC60 in order to give the hits even more sonic cohesion and distinctive flavour.

The hits have then been curated into 10 ready-to-rock drum kits for Ableton Drum Rack, Maschine, Battery, Kong and EXS24 and supplied with 101 low-slung and trapped-out MIDI drum rhythms to get your groove going instantly.
